  • Own adoption, usage, and ROI reporting for the AI portfolio – ensuring measurable outcomes are tracked and communicated
  • Lead UAT and workflow validation for complex, cross-functional AI solutions
  • Champion governance standards and ensure AI initiatives meet acceptable-use, data-access, and security requirements
  • Build a library of reusable patterns, documentation, and best practices that accelerate future work

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and drive the process and organizational changes needed to fully realize AI benefits
  • Proactively monitor AI tool performance, vendor changes, and market evolution – recommending upgrades, replacements, or retirements
  • Lead training initiatives and internal communications to drive adoption and AI fluency across the organization
  • Mentor junior AI Product Owners and contribute to building team capability

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional technology initiatives with measurable business impact
  • Strong experience working with senior business stakeholders to define and deliver technology-enabled solutions
  • Track record of analyzing processes and identifying high-value improvement opportunities
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills – including executive-level communication
  • Hands-on experience with AI, automation, analytics, or advanced digital tools
  • Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevance, and business fit

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in prompt engineering and AI-enabled workflow design
  • Experience leading AI transformations or large-scale digital change programs
