Weekdays 9am-5pm




Support Design Studio Staff by providing homeowners with excellent customer service when arriving/contacting the Design Studio, ensure overall organization of showroom.



  • Ensure overall cleanliness and organization of showroom
  • Greet Purchasers upon their arrival to the Design Studio, ensure heath screening has been completed
  • Answer incoming calls, record and distribute messages for Design Studio Staff, assist with enquiries where possible
  • Responsible for voicemail & general email box – distribute enquires to appropriate Design Studio Staff
  • Access Dynamic Builder Software to provide the appropriate Price List to purchasers if requested
  • Enter deposit cheques into Dynamic Builder when required
  • Follow up with Homeowners if cheques returned NSF
  • Set up homeowner files for new communities, responsible for filing of homeowner’s signed documentation
  • Maintain overall organization of filing system (physical & online)
  • Print & file all model specific drawings
  • Assist with maintaining online forms applicable to the Design Studio (i.e.: Cheque Information, appliance details, catalogues etc.)
  • Email signed amendments back to homeowners
  • Upload approved Brockport & Kitchen Layouts to Dynamic Builder
  • Printing of Construction Schedule for Weekly Alignment Meeting
  • Take care of courier needs as required
  • Assist with scheduling Weekend Browsing appointments when needed
  • Assist with ordering new samples from suppliers when required
  • Ensure Design Studio samples are properly labelled
  • Order all office & coffee supplies as needed
  • Other duties as assigned




This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with homeowners and team members



  • Medium to heavy lifting and carrying samples is required
  • Mid-high paced environment
