SUMMARY
The Accounting Administrator will support a variety of accounting and finance duties.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- General accounting and finance support including, but not limited to document filing, data management, office administration
- Matching invoices against purchase orders for payment in (Accounts Payable)
- Filing and document recall for Accounts Payable and other departments
- Document recall for all financial statement audits
COMMUNICATION/INFLUENCING OTHERS
This role works in a tight knit Accounts Payable team that communicates often with the rest of the Accounting and Finance department. Cross-functional relationships include Construction, Land Development, Legal and various other internal/external stakeholders.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Work in file recall environments is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail

This role will be working 100% within our office

Filing in a movable floor to ceiling file room environment
